Sharon and I started Designs by MoDa (Mother/Daughter) just a few short months before she passed. Sharon hoped to ease her financial burdens as well as keep her creative mind active and engaged by making and selling jewelry.
Unique leather bracelets, necklaces, hand-stamped pieces, earrings and traditional pieces were created and sold with 100% of the proceeds donated to charities that honor my amazing daughter. I thank everyone who supported us along this path. We were able to raise over $100,000 that helped us fully endow (and more) two scholarships, a myriad of other charitable donations and many 'pay it forward random acts of kindnesses in Sharon's name and memory.
